The VOYCE Leadership Teams meet regularly to organize for more youth voice in their schools. Student organizers work closely with the staff at their host organizations to develop and lead workshops on education reform, community organizing, public speaking, and anti-oppression training. Local delegates from the VOYCE Leadership Teams meet together on a regular basis to make progress on the collaborative, citywide initiatives. It is these VOYCE leadership teams that will be implementing VOYCE’s recommendations and pilot projects at their schools.
